David handles all lease administration for VRE's entire portfolio.  He works closely with incoming residents to ensure a seamless process from signing to move in.  In addition, David handles new developments in Brooklyn. 

With a rich family history in the real estate industry, David has grown up around and always loved the business. For over 20 years, he has worked in the entertainment industry as an award-winning Producer for Howard Stern, People Magazine, ABC and Vh1, to name a few.  David has always been an entrepreneur, and the opportunity to work with such an exceptional brand as VRE is incredibly exciting. With a tremendous sphere of influence, putting his branding and project management experience together with his organizational production skills will allow David to deliver on the organization’s number one priority: exceptional client service.

David earned his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University at S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. As a father of 3, he is a hands on dad and 15 year resident of Port Washington, New York. David is also an avid sports fan, loves to play hoops, hit the beach as well as listen to his favorite band Foo Fighters.
