Kayla Pitsilos is the Sales and Leasing Manager at VRE. She has excelled in all facets of real estate since 2008. Prior to joining Vertical Real Estate, she has most recently spent the last six years at one of the largest sales firms, achieving major milestones like President’s Council, Diamond Circle and the Silver Award in 2018 and 2019 Team of The Year, and growing her business through a strong referral network. Kayla, a one-stop shop for all clients’ real estate needs thanks to their combined, invaluable experience. Her comprehensive services range from luxury sales and rental brokerage to representing buildings, particularly combo new development and revamped buildings throughout the city. Kayla has a strong knowledge of property management as well due to her solid landlord relationships, and a deep understanding of building restoration, contract work, design, and all preparations even before the leasing starts. She is equally in tuned to ways that investors can grow their equity, and optimize their return. A longstanding member of The Real Estate Board of New York, Kayla is heavily involved in her field and proud of the solid relationships she has developed over the years, with clients and colleagues alike.
