David is a key member of the Vertical Real Estate team and played an important role in the firm’s successful launch. He oversees lease administration for the 1,000-unit multifamily portfolio and plays an integral role in new development projects throughout New York City. He is also actively involved in commercial, rental, and sales transactions across the boroughs and Long Island. Known for his precision, responsiveness, and relationship-driven approach, David works closely with residents, ownership, and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from lease execution through move-in and beyond.

Coming from a multi-generation real estate background, David has been immersed in the business from an early age and brings a strong understanding of both the operational and client-facing sides of the industry. Before transitioning into real estate, he spent more than 20 years in the entertainment industry as an award-winning Executive Producer, working with iconic brands including The Howard Stern Show, People Magazine, VH1 and Good Morning America. This background gives David a distinct advantage—blending high-level branding, storytelling, and project management with the discipline required to operate at scale.

A lifelong entrepreneur with an expansive professional network, David was drawn to Vertical Real Estate for its institutional platform, growth trajectory, and commitment to excellence. He leverages strategic thinking, production-level organization, and a people-first philosophy to support the firm’s top priority: delivering an exceptional client and resident experience.

David earned his degree from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. He lives in Port Washington, New York, with his wife, Dawn, and their four children. Outside of work, he is a devoted family man and avid sports fan, enjoys spending time in the Berkshires, and relaxes by listening to his favorite band, Foo Fighters.
